For my dissertation project, I created fully biodegradable beer mats that are embedded with wildflower seeds. 

 

While I have been involved in the weird and wonderful world of craft beer I have found sustainability to be one of the most present conversations. I wanted to develop some solution to this pressing question of how breweries and the pubs that serve their beer can salute sustainability.

One thing that gets overlooked but is always seen within pubs is the beer mat. So combining two things I love, bees and beer. I created Hops & Honey.
